Three (3) years tertiary qualification in Human Resources
Management/Development/Training and Development/Management of
Training/Public Management. Two (2) years functional experience in Human
Resource Development/Training and Development Services especially in
facilitation and training of Compulsory Induction Programme (CIP) Module 1 –
5, for employees on salary level 1 – 12. Knowledge: Departmental policies and
procedures, Batho Pele Principles, Good Governance, Word, Excel and
PowerPoint. Skills: Computer literacy, Analytical, Communication,
Interpersonal Relations, Innovative, Planning and organizing.

Implementation of bursary programs. Facilitate and coordinate Compulsory
Induction Programme and orientation program. Implementation of Human
Resource development programs. Implement the workplace Skills plan
programs (WSP). Administration and implantation of Internship Programme.

assessment tools. Successful candidates will be appointed on a probation
