Office Administrator, SANCA, Western Cape

SANCA Western Cape is a nonprofit Organisation specialising in prevention and outpatient services to substance abusers and their families and communities.

SANCA Western Cape seeks to appoint an Office Administrator to be based in Western Cape.

This is a half day, 25 hours per week position, Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 13h00

Requirements:

Candidate must have the necessary secretarial, reception and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal relationships and ability to work under pressure
Computer literate in Word, Excel, Pastel, E-mails, and data capturing
Fully Bilingual: English and Xhosa
