SALARY : R257 508– R303 339 per annum. The successful candidates will be required
to sign a performance agreement.
CENTRE : National Office: Pretoria
A 3 year Degree or National Diploma at NQF 6 in HR or equivalent
qualification; Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resource
Management, more specifically Service Benefits within the Public Service;
Knowledge of relevant HR prescripts; Knowledge of and experience in policy
development, monitoring and evaluation. Skills and Competencies: computer
literacy (Ms Word, Excel and Power point); Good Organizing skills; Analytical
and decision making skills; Conceptualization skills; Communication skills
(verbal and written); Confidentiality, tack and discretion when dealing with
people; Good intuition and understanding of people’s qualities; Attention to
Key Performance Areas: Research in respect of service conditions and
benchmarking with other institutions; Advise management and Departmental
clients in respect of service benefits; Analyze statistics, compile report and
draft correspondence (letters, memoranda ,circular and reports);Develop and
Maintain HR database.
