Qualifications
Matric
Ideally in possession of an HR diploma or studying towards one
Advanced computer skills (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

Experience
Relevant administration experience

Duties
Support the HR team in providing a professional HR support service to the business
Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the day to day operations of the HR department
Responsible for the uploading of new employees fingerprints
Ensure accurate administration of recruitment process and relevant checks
In charge of administration of the psychometric assessment
Capturing of training records, training arrangements and filing relevant documents
Processing of invoices
In charge of ordering stationary
Responsible for providing HR admin support in various other HR processes
Capture and update employee information on HR system
Compile and submit monthly reports
Establish and maintain proper HR filing systems
Travelling and Itinerary planning and execution
