Job description
Our client a leading corporate seeks the services of a Corporate Communications Manager.

– you will hold a relevant formal tertiary qualification with communication as a major
– have +- 8 years exp and proven competence in corporate communciation including employee communication, media relations, corporate reporting, websites, publications and corproate ID
– display exceptional weitten, verbbal and presetnation skills in the English language
– have all round corporate affairs and public relations exposure
– demonstrate a good working knowledge of communication theory and technology
– exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
– fully literate on MS Office
– must be assertive and diplomatic, creative and solution orientated
– be self motivated, capable of working alone and delivering on time and meeting deadlines timeously
– inspire confiedence, have the highest standard of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
– be willing to work extended hours and over weekends on an ad hoc basis as well as travel extensively domestically

– post gradunation communication qualification of the utmost importance
– have English or journalism as a mohor subject
– have all round corporate affairs and Pr exposure
– provide leadership to the group in the field of reputation management through strategic communication, especially in the spheres of internal and external statkeholder communication
– developing and co-ordinating medium and long term corporate communication plans and strategies
– managing the group corporate identity through the development and implementation of corporate branding / corproate apparel and signange / adveritiing and ssponsorships
– taking overall responsibility for the compani’s website
– forstering a culture of effective and proactive communication at all levels in the orgnaisation
– conceptualising and executing specific communication and PR campaigns at a group and operational level
– planning and producing communicaiton tools and material inclding printer and electronic mediums
– consulting with and advising the operation’s communicaiton staff in the execution of their duties
– creative writing and the editing of written material
– general media relations, including writing media releases, media audits, analysis and monitoring
– corporate events management
