Requirements for the position:
At the level of Professor, the candidate must have a PhD and a significant record of refereed publications, a proven track record of effective teaching and supervision in the above areas, an international reputation or, in exceptional and appropriate circumstances, a high national reputation, and meet the criteria for appointment at professorial level.

At the level of Associate Professor, the candidate must have a PhD and a significant record of refereed publications as well as a proven track record of effective teaching and supervision in the above areas. The post of Adjunct Professor is at the Associate Professor level and provides for the appointment of candidates who are distinguished in a professional field, but who have worked in a context where they were not expected to be active as researchers.
