The management of client accounts and all facets of client service and of the delivery of agency services in an efficient and effective manner.
Tertiary qualification in either marketing or advertising.
Three to five years’ experience in account management/client service
Must have strong TTL experience, with digital background
Maintain and grow key accounts
Attend client meetings and manage client expectations at all times
Ensure that project objectives are delivered against budget, scope and timing constraints
Approach campaigns/projects from a strategic perspective
Produce accurate, timely and functional project plans and scope change documents for each project
Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities
Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually
Be the primary point of contact for identifying and resolving project issues
Identifying new opportunities with existing and new customers
Manage all stakeholder expectations against spec and budget, as well as managing stakeholder conflict where required
Identify and maintain strict project documentation
Work closely with the group account director in order to manage the profitability by project and reach targets.
Write contact reports and forward these to the client within 48 hours after every meeting
Strong presentation skills.
